Mayank Sahu / AI systems engineering

I engineer high-trust systems built to survive an unpredictable machine age.

Agent infrastructure, local AI memory, backend prototypes, and applied research systems with explicit constraints.

Selected work, below

Ideas are the start.
Execution is the work.

Infrastructure, memory, and the interfaces between people and intelligent systems.

01Agent infrastructure / Go

Fleetorch.

Many agents.
One place to keep hold of them.

A cross-platform command center for parallel coding agents. Separate worktrees, real terminals, and live sessions you can inspect.

worktree / 01Agent A
worktree / 02Agent B
worktree / 03Agent C

Give each agent its own space.

Git worktrees keep concurrent changes separate. The supervisor owns the process lifecycle; the repository stays inspectable.

02Local AI / Persistent context

Mnemium.

The conversation ends.
The useful context stays.

Capture context across AI tools, distill it into typed memories, and retrieve it through local embeddings and hybrid search.

Inside the project
Mnemium architecture illustration: captured context is distilled into memory, then searched through dense and lexical retrieval.

Different problems.
The same curiosity.

Past the obvious
answer.

Active investigation across desktop automation, semantic graphs, and event vision. Working prototypes and benchmarked models.

01 / Desktop AutomationBenchmarking v0.4

Phantom

Demonstrate a workflow.
Compile the execution graph.

EXECUTION KERNEL: 0 CLOUD ROUNDTRIPS

Compiles demonstrated Linux desktop workflows into parameterized execution graphs. Supported paths replay natively through accessibility interfaces, with local recovery and agent escalation.

02 / Spreadsheet AIActive Graph Ingestion

SAN / SWG

Coordinate-free resolution.
Preserve semantic identity.

RESOLUTION RATE: 98.2% STRUCTURAL CONFIDENCE

A semantic workbook graph for finding tables and other artifacts by meaning, tracking identity through structural sheet alterations, and tracing formula dependencies across workbooks.

03 / Neuromorphic VisionHardware Benchmark (Rust)

TropiCam

Tropical algebra.
A non-linear view of motion.

SYNTHETIC PARITY: 99.4% AGAINST NUMPY REF

A high-throughput Rust time-surface ingestion core with Python C-bindings and synthetic test coverage. The ongoing research explores max-plus tropical algebra for sensor motion estimation.

Live research notebook

Question the premise.
Then build the proof.

01

Follow the constraint.

Latency, local execution, cost, reliability. The constraint is part of the problem, not a footnote.

02

Make it inspectable.

Readable interfaces, observable behavior, and evidence close to the implementation.

03

Keep asking.

Build a reference. Test the assumption. Follow the result even when it changes the direction.
